As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling emergency signals, notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching proper authorities as needed.   • Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer service experience preferred

  • Computer literacy and basic typing skills required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable transportation to and from work, as well as to and from training sessions
