To succeed as a Red Coat, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years old
- To be proficient in English
- To be able to read, write, and understand detailed job instructions

- To occasionally lift packs or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds

- To be eligible to live and work within the country at the time of your application
- To demonstrate a commitment to security while handling personal data
- To be open to a diverse range of individuals, thoughts, and styles

- To be willing to work beyond 40 hours and on weekends and public holidays when required
