*Essential Job Functions**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Taking a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates
Navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues
Communicating professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
Being punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our customers
Exceeding customer expectations by providing best-in-class service and support

*The Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to:

Type a minimum of 25 WPM
Be proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Successfully complete mandatory training
Have customer service experience

Work from home in approved states

*Job Type and Pay**

Full-time job with a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 per hour

10-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, morning shifts, and night shifts available
