**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Outdoor Living Solutions**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing support, guidance, and resolution to client inquiries or issues.

In this dynamic role, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, sales representatives, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive timely and accurate information, assistance, and resolution to their inquiries or issues. You'll be the go-to person for product questions, ordering, order tracking, complaints, and problems, making you an integral part of our customer-centric team.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Assist customers with product questions, ordering, order tracking, complaints, and problems via phone, email, and fax
- Enter orders into our system for billing and delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare quotes and coordinate mailings of literature and samples to customers
- Coordinate delivery schedules with our dispatch team to ensure timely and smooth delivery
- Retrieve needed information for our credit department to facilitate accurate and efficient processing
- Issue credits or debits accurately when applicable, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Set up new customers for our sales force, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
- Answer incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Take sales orders from sales representatives and customers by phone, fax, and email, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Run credit card and check approvals, maintaining a high level of security and accuracy
- Categorize, file, and maintain paperwork for audit purposes and file all customer records, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Print and distribute e-mailed customer purchase orders, maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy
- Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job, as needed
- *Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, or comparable experience in a related field
- Detailed-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Good basic math skills, with the ability to perform calculations and data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with experience in a multi-line phone system
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Pleasant phone personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time, with occasional bending and lifting
- Ability to perform repetitive motions of the wrist, hands, and fingers to use a computer and keyboard
- Extensive writing and phone use, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
