As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Working in a blended call center environment, making outbound calls and taking inbound calls to meet customer needs

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of related experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Proficiency in outbound calling techniques, including cold calling and telemarketing
  • Experience with outbound dialing, upselling, telemarketing, timeshare, cold calling, or phone sales is a plus
  • Mortgage, banking, or financial industry experience is a plus
