  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative in our Operations Payments team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, resolving complex issues, and escalating concerns to senior representatives or managers as needed
  • Supporting less experienced representatives, providing guidance and direction to ensure they meet productivity and performance goals
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and implement new procedures
  • Analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and recommending process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and experience
  • Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless issue resolution and process implementation
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and arenaflex policies and procedures to ensure compliance and excellence in customer service
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 4 years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to research problems, analyze data, escalate, or recommend potential solutions
  • Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet established service level agreements
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Good PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
  • Ability to provide strong customer service while actively listening and responding in an appropriate manner
  • Strong data entry and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Solid problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform repetitious tasks
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to effectively listen and elicit information
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Call center customer service experience in the financial services industry
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • *Job Expectations**

This is a non-remote position that requires working in our office location. You'll be expected to work a hybrid model, typically consisting of 3 days per week in the physical office location, with the remaining 2 days working from home. You'll also be required to work a shift Monday-Friday, with operating hours from 7am to 7pm CST. Our office is located at 600 S 4TH ST, MINNEAPOLIS, MN 55415-1526.
