Position Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound inquiries related to mortgage and homeowner's insurance. Compensation and Benefits


  • Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour

  • Training Period: Full-time on-site training for 3-4 weeks to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed for success

  • Work Schedule: Hybrid model after training (2 days on-site, 3 days remote)

Work Schedule Details

Standard Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Saturday Coverage: When working Saturday shifts (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM), the weekly schedule调整为 four 9-hour shifts throughout the week plus a 4-hour shift on Saturday. Employees who work Saturdays will receive either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday off during the week, providing additional flexibility and work-life balance.
