  • *Position Summary**

We're currently recruiting top talent for our Medicare Retiree Solution Customer Service Centers in the PST time zone. As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll undergo an 11-week training program, Monday-Friday, with an 8-hour shift between 8am-6pm in your local time zone. Once training is complete, you'll have shift schedule availability ranging from 8am-6pm in your local time zone. Our goal is to provide compassionate, innovative, and proactive customer service to our Medicare members.

  • *Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts
  • Utilizing compliant documentation standards
  • Providing empathetic and member-centric service
  • Exceeding our member's expectations is our standard
  • Ensuring that every member is shown respect, kindness, and all questions are thoroughly answered/resolved
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate
  • Ability to apply patience
  • Adaptability
  • Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills
  • Or, equivalent military experience
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • + Customer Service experiences preferred+ Education: High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
