As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via live chat, email, phone, and social media channels. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promptly responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Escalating serious complaints or issues that you're not equipped to deal with to your manager or colleagues
- Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers' issues
- Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement

- Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments to improve products and services

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or GED

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
