We are seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative II to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.   • *Responsibilities**
  • Represent arenaflex to external and internal customers, answering product-related questions, tracing lost shipments, interpreting and clarifying customer orders for the shipping department, taking orders or registrations, and when necessary, connecting customers to appropriate support or field staff.
  • Manage web-based ordering or registrations, conferring with management regarding customer credits, returns goods for credit, identifies quality assurance complaints, and writes price differentials on mail orders.
  • Approve allocation of stock in short supply, special price quotations and bids, pricing allowances, deductions and adjustments.
  • Manage inventories at customer facilities using EDI (electronic data interchange), forecasting, replenishment and inventory systems, focusing on stock and allocation issues to maximize service levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and timely support to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that customer support is aligned with the latest technologies and best practices.
  • *Requirements**
  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Call Center experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP.
  • Familiarity working remotely with multiple monitors.
  • Proficient in MS Suite.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, or a technical field).
  • Experience working in a healthcare technology industry.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)).
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
