As an Experienced Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) working from home, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing inbound customer support and helping customers resolve technical issues related to their healthcare needs
  • Assisting members with correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assessing all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs by maintaining a strong customer focus
  • Being patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member
  • Being efficient in navigating multiple systems and delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience
  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED
  • Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
