As a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) working remotely, you will:

  • Provide inbound customer support to members of our healthcare clients, addressing their insurance-related needs and concerns.
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
  • Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address members' needs by maintaining a strong customer focus.
