**Experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex**

• *Job Role:**

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:

• Maintaining our customer database with accuracy and attention to detail
• Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and partners
• Routing technicians based on location to ensure timely and efficient service
• Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
• Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality

• *Schedule:**

Our flexible schedule allows for a great work-life balance:

• Wednesday: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
• Monday to Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break), excluding Wednesdays

• *Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous call center experience, with a minimum of one year
• The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle high call volumes and interact with customers and colleagues
• The ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Familiarity with major cities and locations in Northern Virginia
• Accurate documentation skills to maintain our customer database (Service Titan)
