As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, and maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. You will also collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive support and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including complaints and resolutions
- Follow up on customer complaints and ensure complete resolution, escalating issues to management as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive support, including sales, marketing, and technical teams
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality agreements
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
Requirements
