- *Your Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional phone service to all members and potential members. You'll be responsible for:
- Providing accurate, courteous, friendly, timely, and professional phone service to all members and potential members
- Assisting members with general service requests, such as opening and closing accounts, financial transactions, problem-solving, plastic card requests, address changes, CDs, and check ordering
- Educating members on products and services offered by arenaflex
- Following up on service requests, forms completion, return phone calls, mailing/emailing requested documentation, and research required to resolve issues
- Identifying transactions, verifying funds, account availability, and research requests
- Protecting member assets and account information
- Assisting and instructing members on the use of electronic services, such as home banking, Anywhere Audio, estatements, bill pay, mobile banking, and website usage
- *Requirements**
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:
- A high school diploma, GED, or higher
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- One or more years of similar or related experience in a call center setting
- Previous financial institution experience
- Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy
- Experience efficiently researching accounts and reaching a resolution
- Active listening skills
