As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, instant chat, and social media. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer care, ensuring that every interaction is friendly, focused, and on-track. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Helping customers with any questions or issues they may have
  • Making modifications to their accounts and purchases in our Content Management System (CMS)
  • Answering customer phone calls, emails, instant chats, social media queries, and keeping the conversation friendly, but focused and on-track
  • Performing some administrative duties to support the team
  • *Skills and Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer care
  • A bright, upbeat personality that shines through in every interaction
  • Experience with email ticketing systems, such as Gorgias
  • Experience with Shopify
  • Comfortable working on a computer (Mac)
  • Comfortable providing phone support
  • Extremely organized, with the ability to prioritize incoming tickets quickly and efficiently
  • A synergistic approach to team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Takes personal pride in fast, efficient customer care
  • Ability to make every customer feel valued
  • Ability to track commonly asked questions and help create a knowledge base
