You'll work closely with our team to manage calls for a Third-Party Claims Administrator, providing accurate information, processing inquiries, and solving problems in a professional and timely manner.

- **Provide Exceptional Customer Service**: Use proper phone etiquette to provide great customer service for incoming calls for various cases and projects, communicating effectively and addressing customers' needs to provide accurate information, process inquiries, and solve problems.
- **Document Calls Appropriately**: Document all calls appropriately, following all procedures as dictated by policy and procedures.
- **Maintain a Professional Demeanor**: Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, adhering to structured internet rules and regulations on the call center floor.
- **Work Towards Professional Development**: Continuously work towards professional development, expanding your knowledge of cases and projects that the client handles, using downtime productively.
- **Meet Attendance Requirements**: Adhere to attendance requirements, complying with scheduled lunches and breaks to ensure adequate phone coverage unless otherwise directed by the team Supervisor.
- **Attend Scheduled Training**: Attend all scheduled training as required.
- **Perform Other General Tasks**: Accomplish other general tasks as required or necessary.
- *Essential Qualifications**
- **High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma**: Required; 18 years or older.
- **Customer Service Experience**: 6 months - 1 year of Customer Service experience, or Call Center experience, and desktop applications experience.
- **Typing Speed**: Typing 35-40 WPM.
- **Schedule Flexibility**: Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- **Effective Communication and Literacy Skills**: Ability to read scripted responses naturally, with confidence and accuracy.
- **Ability to Deal with Diverse Customers**: Ability to deal with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- **Excellent Computer Skills**: Excellent computer skills with quick and accurate typing, the ability to open several applications at one time, and review documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
