  • *Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Representative and Interviewer to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative and Interviewer, you will be responsible for supporting the Telemed team by answering incoming telephones, handling complaints, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will also be responsible for promoting professionalism, adhering to confidentiality agreements, and maintaining a working relationship with all team members.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Service Representative and Interviewer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key duties:

  • **Interviews:** Conduct interviews with clients applying for insurance, obtaining health history and personal information, and promoting professionalism and confidentiality.
  • **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, supporting the mission statement to develop, enhance, and promote quality customer service through team efforts.
  • **Training & Development:** Attend and participate in development programs, maintain certification where applicable, and continue to improve skills through cross-training and mentoring.
  • **Professional Image:** Exhibit a professional demeanor at all times while representing arenaflex, adhering to confidentiality agreements, and maintaining a working relationship with all team members.
  • **Goals & Objectives:** Set goals and objectives for professional growth, review and revise these on an ongoing basis, and provide input and support to management and practice decisions.
  • *Essential Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • **Education:** High School diploma or equivalent
  • **Organizational Skills:** Good organizational skills, effective communication skills, and critical thinking
  • **Teamwork:** Ability to work compatibly as a team member with co-workers
  • **Logical Thinking:** Ability to logically think and determine the next step to pursue
  • **Customer Service Experience:** Prefer 6 months of customer service experience
  • **Medical Terminology:** Knowledge of medical terminology
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • **Customer Service Experience:** 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • **Medical Terminology:** Advanced knowledge of medical terminology
  • **Certification:** Certification in customer service or a related field
  • *Remote Requirements:**

To work remotely as a Customer Service Representative and Interviewer at arenaflex, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • **Computer:** Desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10 or newer
  • **Second Monitor:** A second monitor will be needed prior to starting this position, if hired
  • **High Speed Internet:** High speed internet capable of being wired (cannot use Wi-Fi for this position)
  • **Headset:** A headset will be required for this position
  • **Work Environment:** A quiet and dedicated workspace at home or in an office
