  • Providing technical assistance to applicants, enabling them to complete their applications efficiently and effectively.
  • Navigating our computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to applicants' questions, ensuring that their queries are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills, as well as being comfortable with multitasking, as needed.
  • Possessing strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to empathize with applicants from diverse backgrounds.
  • Staying up-to-date with all arenaflex application programs to provide exceptional applicant support and ensuring that applicants have a seamless experience.
  • Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions to improve our processes and enhance the overall applicant experience.

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
