To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in retail, e-commerce, and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms)
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment on both live chat and phone
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer satisfaction focus
- Fluency in English, with bilingual skills a plus
