As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing major business accounts, providing order management and customer care to the Corporate Sales Team, and supporting various customer service initiatives. - **Customer Service Support**: Provide exceptional customer service to major business accounts, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.

- **Account Maintenance**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, including account details, contact information, and order history.
