  • *Role and Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email
  • Resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
  • Communicating effectively with customers to deliver a positive experience
  • Working variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

  • *Qualifications and Requirements**
  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Right to work in The Netherlands
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
  • Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
  • Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
