• *What You'll Do:**

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. You'll work from home, but you must remain a resident of Kentucky, reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky, and perform all work within the state of Kentucky. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Engaging directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms
• Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues
• Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers and provide exceptional service
• Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards while providing solutions and support to our customers

• *What You'll Need:**

• 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and think critically to resolve complex issues
• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
• Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
