- *Job Description**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the frontline of our customer support, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, resolving product or service issues, processing orders, returns, and exchanges, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Update customer records in our database as necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
- *Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Friendly, patient, and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
