As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the direct liaison between customers and The vAn, analyzing and resolving escalated or complex consumer-related issues. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Act as a direct liaison between customers and The vAn to analyze and help resolve escalated or complex consumer-related issues with the end goal being a win-win resolution.
  • Continuously seek to reduce the overall turnaround time for issue resolution to ensure a premium experience for The vAn consumers.
  • Attend The vAn team weekly meetings, assisting in providing team updates on order fulfillment, resource allocation, and process improvement opportunities.

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience working in a customer service or retail environment
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, along with effective communication both written and orally
  • The ability to bring a positive and solution-focused attitude to the team
  • Must demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently within a team environment
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or retail environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
