As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in helping our customers make the most out of their benefits. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with expert advice and support to resolve their issues and concerns. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Helping customers, clients, and healthcare providers understand our business and services, including topics such as determination of payments and claims related to medical and dental procedures and office and hospital visit costs.
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and resolving them over the chat, first time, every time.
  • Educating customers on disease management programs and making recommendations on healthy living programs that meet their needs.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey with arenaflex.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1+ years of customer service experience, analyzing and solving customer problems.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to multitask independently and on a computer.
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management focus, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
