  • Collaborate with the Sr. Director to develop and implement customer insights strategies that inform our business decisions
  • Design, develop, and disseminate surveys to gather customer feedback and insights
  • Analyze customer feedback data and present actionable insights to our stakeholders using clear and engaging visuals and language
  • Present findings and recommendations to all levels of the organization, from frontline staff to senior leaders
  • Proactively partner with cross-functional teams to ensure open communication and continuous relationship improvement
  • Continuously review and enhance the survey process to ensure it remains relevant and effective
  • Collaborate with vendors to obtain top-tier research methods
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in market research or customer insights
  • Mastery of various quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple project timelines and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Comfortable communicating with customers and stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with survey development and programming (e.g., survey plan and software)
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to learn survey software and other tools quickly
  • Experience with or ability to learn statistical/research software (e.g., SPSS, Medallia/Qualtrics)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Ability to understand the situation in its entirety and relate insights across various assets
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
