As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel, including: + In-house Agents and High-Profile agents+ Senior management
- Monitoring internal support queues, reviewing, processing, and assigning inquiries
- Working closely with Regionals Managers and Sales Representatives to meet account performance objectives; meet clients' expectations, provide & maintain client satisfaction, and ensure problem resolution
- Developing a strong knowledge of proprietary systems, agency operations, and title software
- Assisting the Onboarding Manager with new agent onboarding
- Supporting internal agent audit team
- Answering incoming calls to provide support or direct to appropriate department
- Reporting preparation
- *Minimum Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Title Insurance, Customer Support, or Title Software (a plus)
- Analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify, prioritize, and solve problems effectively
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Advanced knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Products, Title Software's, and Jira (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Effective communication skills
