  • *Responsibilities**

As a Customer Care & Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating and assisting with customer concerns
  • Selling arenaflex's Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call
  • Explaining device capabilities, wireless carrier data product offerings, and company policies
  • Meeting goals and growing from feedback and coaching
  • Escalating calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function when needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service while selling our products and services
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience and a desire to upsell to customers
  • Ability to retain knowledge and learn product information and customer information
  • Attention to detail and a friendly, professional, respectful demeanor
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to customer needs and business needs
  • Organization and multitasking skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to efficiently resolve issues
  • Dedication and reliable track record in attendance and performance
  • Ability to spend 4-8 hours per day sitting and working at a computer in a call center environment
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn call center software
  • Working knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems (Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives

To work from home, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Work in a distraction-free workplace that is ergonomically set to meet our company's standards
