- *Your Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key tasks will include:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues
- Upselling if required

- *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- College degree preferred but not required

To work from home, you'll need to:
- Provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 11 or later
- Have a Wired Ethernet LAN connection
- Have an Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted)
- Have a minimum of 4GB RAM
- Meet the internet requirements (minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps, minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps, no packet loss, and ping under 50ms)
