- *Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our remote team in Arizona, Colorado, and Texas (excluding Houston). As a key member of our customer care team, you'll provide premium service and build relationships with customers via phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence. You'll be responsible for assisting with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product inquiries, as well as providing product information, website navigation, and general support.

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience within food service, retail, or call center setting
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed, with the ability to hardwire
- Ability to pass a typing test with 40 WPM

- Previous experience in a customer care or call center environment
- Knowledge of footwear distribution and customer service industry
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues
