We're seeking an experienced customer care representative to join our team on a remote basis. As a customer care representative, you'll be responsible for providing premium service and building relationships with customers via phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence. You'll also assist with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product information. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience within food service, retail, or call center setting
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed, with the ability to hardwire
- Ability to pass a typing test with 40 WPM
