We're hiring an Inbound Call Center Customer Care Associate to support our two ecommerce brands. As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional and efficient support for customer inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll guide customers through product selection, purchases, order status, tracking details, and returns, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
