What You'll Do at arenaflex (Key Responsibilities)

As a Co-op Data Analyst in Crew Resources at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in advancing our data-driven initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:


  • Data Analysis and Automation: Identify existing manual processes that can be improved through data automation and develop innovative solutions to streamline operations.

  • Process Improvement: Design, plan, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

  • Project Execution: Utilize strong project management skills to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget constraints.

  • Database Management: Work with SQL and database querying tools to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data effectively.

  • Data Modeling: Develop functional knowledge of data modeling to support business intelligence initiatives.

  • Scripting and Programming: Leverage scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency.

  • Excel Advanced Utilization: Apply extensive knowledge of Excel including VBA programming to create automated reporting solutions.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Programming Knowledge: Proficiency in at least one scripting programming language such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell is preferred.

  • Process Improvement: Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is preferred.

  • Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills with extensive knowledge of Excel, including VBA programming capabilities.

Location and Work Schedule
