As a Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage platform, providing timely and effective support to customers
  • Consulting customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
  • Proactively communicating and engaging with your manager and team members to ensure seamless collaboration in a virtual work environment
  • Providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, resolving problems in a way that creates a positive customer experience
  • Maintaining high performance metrics, including revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability

  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years minimum customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Great typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools
  • A reliable internet connection with speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better
  • A private, dedicated workplace, free from interruption or distraction that promotes confidentiality
  • A positive, driven, and solution-oriented mentality, with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn and grow
