- Answer 2-3 incoming chats using LiveEngage, our cutting-edge platform, and provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Consult customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase, ensuring they receive the best possible experience
- Proactively communicate and engage with your manager and team members to ensure success in a virtual work environment, including one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and team chats
- Provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, identifying and resolving problems in a way that creates a positive customer experience
- Maintain high performance metrics, including revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability

- *Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years minimum customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

- Reliable internet connection and speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better
