We're seeking an experienced Chat Support Specialist to join our team and provide top-notch customer service to our customers via live chat. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to our customers.   • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Answer 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage platform, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Consult with customers to enhance the value of their contact lens purchase, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
  • Proactively communicate and engage with your manager and team members to ensure seamless collaboration and success in a virtual work environment
  • Provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, resolving issues and creating positive customer experiences
  • Maintain high performance metrics, including revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability

  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years minimum customer service experience
  • Great typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency
  • Reliable internet connection and speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better
  • A private, dedicated workplace, free from interruption or distraction that promotes confidentiality
  • Positive, driven, and solution-oriented mentality
  • Ability to show up to work on time and work your scheduled shift
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer service platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience working with contact lenses or vision care products
