*What You'll Do**

As a Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

Answering 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage platform
Consulting customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase
Proactively communicating and engaging with your manager and team members to be successful in a virtual work environment
Providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Identifying and resolving problems in a way that creates a positive customer experience
Maintaining high performance metrics, including revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability

*What You'll Need**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

A high school diploma or equivalent experience
2-3 years minimum customer service experience
Great typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency
A reliable internet connection and speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better
A private, dedicated workplace, free from interruption or distraction that promotes confidentiality
A positive, driven, and solution-oriented mentality
The ability to show up to work on time and work your scheduled shift
