We're seeking an experienced Chat Moderator to join our remote team. As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our Discord server by enforcing community guidelines, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive user experience. This is a part-time, flexible position that offers the opportunity to work from anywhere and make a real difference in our community.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Moderate the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that all users adhere to community guidelines and rules
• Delete messages that violate our community guidelines, including but not limited to:
+ Hate speech or discriminatory language+ Harassment or bullying+ Spam or self-promotion+ Inappropriate content or links
• Ban users who repeatedly violate our community guidelines, after a thorough investigation and warning
• Mute users who have violated our community guidelines, to prevent further disruption
• Investigate reports made by users about violations of our community guidelines, and take appropriate action
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement community guidelines and policies
• Provide excellent customer service and support to users, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• *Qualifications**

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Familiarity with Discord and community management tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
