As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound calls, visits, and messages
• Handling high-volume customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Investigating missing data and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
• Settling all data entry-related exceptions and resolving issues as needed
• Providing support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely, to ensure seamless customer service
• Identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary
• Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment

• *Key Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Essential level computer skills, including basic navigation, typing, and data entry
• Essential web search skills, including opening a browser, searching online, and completing online forms
• Middle-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 25 WPM
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision
• 18 years or older

• *Preferred Qualifications:**

• At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacist in a retail or call center environment
• State board certification or enrollment as a pharmacist
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
• Halfway to advanced level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM
• Familiarity with Spanish and English
