  • *Job Summary**

As an Experienced Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for performing data entry and patient enrollment tasks, answering high-volume customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work under direct supervision, adhering to state and government guidelines, and utilize arenaflex's pharmacy systems to gather patient and medication data. Your primary goal will be to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Utilize arenaflex's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system.
  • Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing.
  • Investigate missing pharmacy data and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
  • Resolve all data entry-related issues and escalate to senior-level staff as necessary.
  • Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients based on the situation.
  • Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements.
  • Make phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise settle the Outsider Oddballs.
  • Provide assistance to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
  • Acquire a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days and maintain a functioning expert permit or certification.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Basic computer skills, including:
  • + Starting and closing the computer.+ Using the mouse to point and click.+ Starting and closing programs.+ Switching between programs.+ Saving files.+ Printing reports.+ Accessing data online.
  • Basic web search skills, including:
  • + Opening a program.+ Writing in URLs in the correct field.+ Using a web search engine.+ Bookmarking a website.+ Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons.+ Completing forms online.
  • Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports).
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • 18 years old or older.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.
  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
  • Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
