As an Experienced Call Center Representative – Data Entry and Patient Enrollment, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support, while working from the comfort of your own home. Your primary duties will include:

  • Answering high-volume patient calls, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving patient concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing arenaflex's proprietary software to enter patient and medication data, while adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
  • Handling patient medication requests, entering top-off orders, and investigating missing medication data
  • Resolving patient-related issues, including deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes) and settling special cases
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders, while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone
  • Collaborating with pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, to provide support and resolve issues
  • Acquiring a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the first 90 days of employment and maintaining a valid license or certification
  • *Key Responsibilities**

  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills, including:
  • + Starting and closing a computer+ Using a mouse to point and click+ Starting and closing programs+ Switching between programs+ Saving files+ Printing reports+ Accessing data online
  • Basic web search skills, including:
  • + Opening a web browser+ Writing in URLs in the address bar+ Using a search engine+ Bookmarking a website+ Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons+ Completing online forms
  • Middle-level keyboarding skills, including:
  • + Typing at least 25 words per minute (WPM)+ Typing by memory+ Organizing reports
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • 18 years or older
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacist in a retail or call center environment
  • At least 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacist with a valid license or certification from the state or a recognized certification agency
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
  • Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills, including:
  • + Typing at least 35 WPM+ Typing by memory+ Designing reports
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
