- *Responsibilities:**
As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of the product and/or service
- Documenting call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
- Upselling current customers on new or enhanced services
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to meet the needs of our clients' customers
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and services to provide accurate information to customers
- *Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required

- *Work Environment:**
As a remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace. arenaflex will provide the equipment you need to conduct your work, including a webcam. You'll need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet Connection - DSL or Cable only. Your workstation must be connected directly to the Internet with proof that your ISP meets a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps.
