- *What you'll do**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
- Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
- Follow, document, and retrieve information from databases
- Maintain a deep understanding of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
- Preferably have knowledge of iOS and/or MacOS, or a comparable technology
- Offer additional products and/or services
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile

The other qualifications for our Bilingual Customer Service Representative (remote) role include:
- An associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or technical certification
- The ability to speak fluently in French and English
- The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in French and English
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- A high school diploma or GED
- A quiet and distraction-free environment to work from home
- Rapid multitasking skills
- A desire to learn new technologies
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of computers
- A desktop or laptop computer for PC and Internet testing; a work computer may be provided depending on the offered position, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed in more detail with a recruiter)
- High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
