  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through multilingual support and account maintenance. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing telephone inquiries, faxing information and applications to customers as required
  • Performing account maintenance, including address changes, payments, adjustments, and statement requests
  • Researching overcharges and submitting for adjustment
  • Providing assistance with processing and updating expired credit cards, options changes, replenishment amounts, balance thresholds, address changes, and add tags
  • Preparing reports, including daily Phone Call Logs
  • Filing applications and other paperwork as necessary
  • Participating in the Quality Assurance process, including call monitoring and auditing of Log Sheets and Correspondence on a monthly basis
  • Working a rotating weekend schedule, one month on/one month off as scheduled or as required based on operational needs
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor under all circumstances with patrons and staff members
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish preferred

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with database management systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
