  • Professionally answering product and promotional inquiries, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Documenting interactions for auditing purposes.
  • Resolving issues, de-escalating conflicts, and promoting our products, services, and events to clients.

  • Seeking guidance from departments and leaders to enhance job skills and performance.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
