The Role: Account Strategist, Mid-Market Sales

Key Responsibilities
As an integral member of our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) team at arenaflex, you will:
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, developing a deep understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics. You'll become their trusted partner, not just their account manager.
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic recommendations that align with client goals. Your insights will help businesses unlock their full potential.
- Present arenaflex advertising products and solutions with confidence and expertise, demonstrating how our ecosystem of tools can address specific marketing challenges and drive measurable ROI.
- Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that quantify high-impact opportunities, presenting clear strategies to key stakeholders.
- Proactively collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, marketing, and support, to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experiences.
- Manage and prioritize a diverse portfolio of accounts, balancing multiple relationships while maintaining attention to detail and consistently meeting or exceeding growth targets.

Essential Qualifications

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media environments.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, with a history of exceeding goals and driving measurable growth.
- Exceptional ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy, making complex solutions accessible and compelling.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales automation tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, display advertising, social media marketing, and broader digital marketing ecosystems.

Compensation & Benefits
We recognize that exceptional talent deserves exceptional rewards. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $81,000-$119,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Your actual compensation will be determined by role, level, work location, and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education.
