We are currently seeking an experienced Application Administrator to join our team. As an Application Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the divisions by performing entry-level application administration tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to get into the LabCorp team and work closely with end-users setting up their organization and user credentials.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Perform entry-level application administration tasks, including building organizations and users in Link
  • Manually build a large number of organizations and users in Link, with the ability to programmatically migrate some of those
  • Support the divisions by working a shift that supports their division, with shifts ranging from 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, 11AM-8PM EST
  • Provide excellent customer service to end-users, including doctors, nurses, and other clients
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure a smooth transition to the new application
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues that may arise during the transition process
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Excellent typing skills, fast and accurate (greater than 40 wpm)
  • Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to work like one of the four to be bilingual, English and Spanish
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Any tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience will be a plus
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Experience working in a helpdesk environment
  • Experience with application administration and user management
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
