  • Using Microsoft Word, Open Office, or Google Docs to input data and compile reports
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Retrieving, sorting, assembling, and maintaining files and documents
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Writing reports, proposals, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and handling other tasks as needed
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of experience in a related field, or 3-5 years of relevant customer service or business experience
  • Administrative support experience, with a focus on data entry, customer service, and record-keeping
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP software, such as NetSuite and SalesForce
