As an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Creating spreadsheets to track important information and sales, using your analytical skills to identify trends and patterns

- Following data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements, and verifying entered account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
- Providing occasional administrative support, such as preparing documents, making phone calls, and responding to emails
- Assisting with special projects that require large amounts of data entry, using your problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and meet deadlines
- Performing data entry in EMR, preparing information for data entry, and performing entry-level support for the data entry function
- Entering data on computers, performing data entry of credits, and providing entry-level administrative support to the data entry function
- Completing clerical functions or data entry tasks, such as typing, faxing, and deleting data entry errors and entering corrections
- Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques, and training new data entry employees on computer systems
- Ensuring timely data entry and file management, operating data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching data entry and verification duties
- Reviewing and verifying data prior to entry, and performing daily audits and data entry corrections
